Logistics Support Services
Premier’s logistics support teams help to sustain the force though careful logistics planning and management. Our capabilities include expertise in track, wheel and test, measurement and diagnostic equipment. We have a flexible and mobile staff using proven techniques for repair, inspection and replacement services. Some of our strengths include provisioning, data sheet automation, maintenance training and technical documentation generation.

Wheeled Vehicles
Premier has demonstrated performance in support of wheeled vehicles support services. Experience includes fleet tracking, scheduling and memorandum of agreement (MOA) coordination. Our experience includes depot maintenance support for a variety of military vehicles (HMMWV, HET, 5-ton, PLS, HEMTT, MTVR, etc.). We have supported the soldier in-theater as well as performed in the rebuild to reset efforts stateside. Our customers have commended us for outstanding field support and management performance and cost saving reductions.

Material Management
Premier has a strong material management capability. Over the past 9 years, we have acquired and managed over $80 million in field kit materials; and distributed over 7,600 tons of materials. We actively manage thousands of pieces of bench stock and supply kit parts to field teams all over the world. We have a climate controlled distribution center with the ability of kit fabrication and assembly. We have proven price negotiation skills and substantial freight discounts and shipping flexibility.

Field Maintenance Services
Premier has a solid reputation for high quality performance at government installations around the world. We have mobile field maintenance teams that perform vehicle modification upgrades, routine and special maintenance services, and tracking of logistics data. Our teams provide end user services that directly impact the effectiveness of vehicle performance. We have been providing this service since 1993 for the U. S. Army. Premier also provides services to the Egyptian Land Forces and Original Equipment Manufacturers by installing safety modifications and upgrades. Our field teams have received numerous letters of commendation and awards for their service throughout the years.

Systems/Software Engineering
Premier has demonstrated capability in Systems and Software Engineering. The company has a team of engineers and computer scientists, who design, develop and test systems and software for the U. S. Army’s Software Engineering Directorate located at the Aviation and Missile Command (AMCOM) in Huntsville, Alabama. Premier employees are also leaders in sustaining software after it has been deployed. Premier has also been instrumental in providing software process analysis and improvement techniques. Our personnel field, test, and assist and train end users in the performance of the various software systems. We have provided these services since 1992.
