Program

Premier supports the Program Manager, Light Tactical Vehicle (PM LTV) in the ongoing M939 FOV Brake Stabilization Program.  This program  supports the installation of an anti-lock brake system (ABS) kit has assisted in the elimination of accidents related to the Army's 5-ton M939 series.

Our team provides scheduling and is the worldwide purchaser and distributor of the ABS brake kits and tires to each applications contractor, to include our company.

Premier has installed over 5,000 M939 brakes kits since 1999, and has added radial tires to basic variants of the vehicle.

Premier provides Logistic Services and Support for Vehicle Systems worldwide.  This includes Supply Chain Management, purchasing, technical inspections, repairs and maintenance to the -34 level, semi-annual and annual services, and application of Modification Work Orders (MWO).

Premier supports the Army Central Command (ARCENT) by providing technical inspections, maintenance, repairs, annual services, and MWO application on the Patriot Ready Reserve Batteries   Maintenance Support Equipment. 

Premier provides this support for all wheeled vehicles spanning the spectrum from the HEMTT, HMMVW, M939 5-ton Series, semi-trailers and vans, fuel and water tankers, vehicle trailers, and Material Handling Equipment (MHE).
