Premier Professional Systems, Incorporated (Premier) is a small minority owned defense contracting business comprised of a team of skilled technical and management professionals. Owners are Jannifer J. Henderson (President) and Riley Henderson, III (Executive Vice President). Both are graduates of Tuskegee University with B. S. Degrees in Electrical Engineering (EE). In addition to an EE degree, Mrs. Henderson holds a B. S. in Mathematics from Stillman College.

Premier was established in April 1990 in the state of Alabama and in May of the same year received its first defense contract supporting the then U. S. Missile Command (MICOM). Following moderate success, Premier applied for and received its 8(a) certification from the U. S. Small Business Administration in 1992. Corporate expansion in 1998 into the Sterling Heights, Michigan area allowed Premier to better service their customers at the U. S. Tank Automotive-armament Command (TACOM) located in Warren, Michigan. Premier’s business based expanded into international support around theworld as our ready response logistic field teams became more and more mobile. Due to expanded growth, a strategic vision to open a satellite office in Cairo, Egypt was implemented in 2006.

Through the years Premier has been recognized by community organizations, customers, and government agencies for outstanding performance and service. In 2001, the Huntsville, Alabama/Madison County Chamber of Commerce selected Mrs. Henderson as Small Business Executive of the Year.

The company has grown from three employees in 1990 to well over 100 today working on various military installations throughout the United States and overseas. The success of Premier can be gauged by its worldwide reputation as a team of ethical and dependable professionals.
